The Autonomous University of Querétaro (UAQ), in collaboration with the Department of Employability of the Labor Secretariat of the state government, will hold the "National Employment Fair for the Labor Inclusion of Youth Querétaro 2024", on August 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  

More than 50 companies will participate in this event with around a thousand vacancies from all sectors - such as banking and industrial, to name a few - aimed at graduates and students of this House of Studies, as well as the general public. The venue for this event will be the Multipurpose Auditorium of the Accounting and Administration Faculty of the  Alma Mater  of Queretaro. 

This offer arises as part of the actions of the UAQ Secretariat for University Linkage and Services with the aim of providing students with a range of possibilities in the work environment. Although this expo is not the first one held by the institution, it is a pioneer in its format, as it has the collaboration of state entities.  

In this regard, the Graduate Monitoring Coordinator of the Highest House of Studies in Querétaro, Mtra. Esmeralda Meza Feregrino, pointed out that in order to participate in this call, it was necessary for the employing companies to meet certain requirements, including offering legal benefits and being in search of professional profiles.  

Ms. Meza Feregrino invited university students, graduates and civil society to attend this meeting to take advantage of the opportunities offered, since they represent a combination of efforts between different institutions. In addition, she assured that this Fair will bear fruit for all those involved, estimating that this exercise can be replicated in subsequent years, under this same collaborative format.
